General:
Keltica and our suppliers will do everything we can to fill your
order quickly and efficiently. However, we only carry a small amount
of stock at any one time, so if you are in a hurry, please e-mail us
first and inquire about availability before you order. Of course,
some equipment and armour, including pottery must be commissioned
and built especially. In this case, we cannot guarantee specific shipping
times.
Inquiring about where
your shipment is:
If you wish to inquire about your order, please use your real name
(not your Celtic or Roman name) the date you made the order, the
order number, any Paypal order number, and an attachment of your
original Paypal order confirmation.

International Orders:
Anything outside of Canada is considered International Shipping. To
keep the transactions secure, we will only accept Paypal for payment
or money orders. The buyer is to pay all shipping, customs, taxes,
duties, and insurance charges and assumes all risk of delivery.
We ship UPS International shipments for insurance and tracking
issues. International Orders are shipped
with Keltica
paying the shipping charges to the port of export, and the
customer
pays actual shipping to the final
destination "collect" including duties, VAT, brokerage fees, etc.
This insures you pay only true shipping, with no sketchy handling
fees!
Shipping Time:
Customers
should expect a 5- 30 day delivery time for
in stock items
Custom items can take 6-8 weeks. We cannot guarantee delivery of
custom items so if you have an event coming up, order ASAP!
No refunds or exchanges on custom orders.
International Surface Shipping:
The majority of items
unless specified will be sent by International surface shipping and
will usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days after leaving
Keltica. Most kit that we have already in stock leaves Keltica in
48-72 hours on business days. Our suppliers will ship custom items as soon as they are manufactured.
Customs:
Customers responsible for all customs and duties charges.
Customers
may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once
a shipment reaches your country. Customs policies vary widely from
country to country; you should contact your local customs office for
further information. Please note, when placing your order with
Keltica Iron Age Village Inc.,
you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in
which you are receiving the goods.

to most countries, if you are not sure contact us first before
ordering, we will have to study your countries import restrictions
before placing your order.
Sharp Blades:
Please check with your local law enforcement agency for
the laws in your Country, State, County or Province. Blades
are shipped dull and not sharpened.
Damaged Shipments: Damaged shipments
from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any boxes
or kit are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight
bill. If you notice concealed damage after the delivery agent has
left, keep all the packing and call the carrier to return and
inspect the damage and file a claim. Neither Keltica Iron Age
Village Inc or our suppliers are responsible for damage caused
by the freight carrier.
Manufacturers Defects:
Our suppliers have
some of the strictest quality and authenticity controls in
re-enactment manufacturing.
To ensure the highest quality, every
reproduction is carefully inspected. Should it not meet the
authenticity guidelines as set out by Keltica Iron Age Village Inc.,
that item is not passed on to the customer.
Returns:
In the event that a piece of armour of other re-enactment equipment
does have an obvious flaw or defect, email Keltica ASAP and please
include your order number, name, billing address, postal code/zip
code and country. In the event that any of our reproductions have
an obvious manufacturer’s flaw or defect, email Keltica ASAP at

and include your order number, name, and complete billing address.

No returns/exchanges unless item
contains a manufacturers defect. No refunds or exchanges on custom
orders.
2. Before returning an item, you must
contact Keltica Iron Age Village and obtain an authorization number
for all items that are being returned as per Keltica's Return
Policy. Keltica Iron Age Village will provide the sender
with a return address label that contains the return authorization
number. Products that are sent to Keltica Iron Age Village Inc.
without a valid return authorization number will be refused and
returned to the sender at the sender's expense.
3. Freight associated with returns for any reason is strictly the
responsibility of the sender. Freight paid will not be
refunded under any circumstances.
4. Inspect your products carefully upon receipt. Absolutely no
returns will be accepted after 10 days of the original invoice ship
date. If a package is damaged, immediately notify your
shipper.
5. Products that are returned to Keltica Iron Age Village Inc. that
do not meet these criteria will be returned to you
at your expense.
If an item is returned that has been opened or used in any way it
will be returned to you at your expense.
6. Return numbers are only valid for 7 days from issue date.
After receiving your return number you
must send the item to us immediately. Any items received with an
expired return number will be returned at senders expense.
7. Custom work takes time. Depending on the item, craftsmen will
require 4-6 weeks for custom orders. While we will do our best to
meet target dates, custom orders will not be shipped until they are
properly finished. Please allow sufficient time in your order to
give our craftsmen the required time to produce the best quality
reproduction possible.

Items returned without
prior notice will not be accepted and will be returned to the
customer at their expense. You must contact Keltica in
advance of returning any article. Keltica will provide the customer
with a return number and shipping label. .
Shipping and PAYPAL fees are non
refundable. Only defective merchandise can be returned.
No returns/exchanges on custom orders.
Order Cancellation:
Order
cancellation is at the discretion of Keltica Iron Age Village Inc.
On custom orders, once we have ordered the piece the
order cannot be cancelled. All
non customs orders, can only be
cancelled within 24 hours of initial order. Otherwise you order,
you buy.
Terms & Conditions:
This
Terms of Use agreement sets forth the terms, conditions and
guidelines for use of www.kelticaironagevillage.com and the services
offered on it. This terms of use constitutes a legally binding
contract between the user ("you”), and Kelticaironagevillage.com and
its suppliers and providers, (collectively "we" or "us"), on the
other hand. By using the Site or completing a purchase, you
acknowledge that you have read this TERMS OF USE, understand it and
agree to be bound by its terms, conditions and guidelines.
You must be over
the age of Consent to order anything from Keltica Iron Age Village
Inc. We strongly encourage parents and guardians to supervise the
Internet activity of all children under the age of 18.
